Beyond Art Charity Auction to support Dråpen i Havet
Beyond Art is proud to announce that our 2023 Charity Art Auction raised an impressive NOK 45,000 in support of Drop in the Ocean (“Dråpen i Havet”), a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting refugees and migrants in need. The donated funds will be used to provide aid, resources, and opportunities for those who have been forced to flee their homes in hopes of a better future.
The event, held on May 25, 2023, at the elegant Vulkan Showcase, brought together art enthusiasts, philanthropists, and community members for an enjoyable evening of art, compassion, and generosity. The evening showcased an exciting and diverse collection of donated art from renowned and emerging artists, with each piece representing a unique expression of creativity in a variety of mediums and styles.
The success of the auction would not have been possible without the remarkable support of the artists who donated their work, all our volunteers and contributors, and the attendees who bid generously.

We also express our sincere appreciation to artists Daria Kozlova and Gunnsa Robertsdóttir for donating their handcrafted pieces to the charity raffle. These unique items inspired many attendees to buy raffle tickets with the hope of taking one or more of them home. The money collected from the raffle made a welcome contribution to the final amount raised.
Beyond Art is eternally grateful to Elia Ardiles for her exceptional performance at the auction. With her acoustic guitar, beautiful voice, and meaningful songs, she touched the hearts of all attendees, enhancing the overall experience and creating a memorable atmosphere.
We express our sincere gratitude to Empress, a Norwegian non-alcoholic brewery, whose founders, Anna Karenina and Christer Andersson, once again supported our efforts by donating their delicious and healthy alternative wines for the enjoyment of thirsty attendees. We greatly appreciate their continued and unfailing support and can warmly recommend their products.
Last but certainly not least, we would like to recognize and thank our dedicated volunteers: Kristina Dziedzic Wright, Lea Nasnas Chami, Lynne Skajaa, Caroline Britz, and Miguel Ardiles. Their hard work and unwavering commitment before, during, and after the event were instrumental in its success. Their passion and enthusiasm amaze us!
